How to add a update button in SubPanel of Role's ListView?

I am using SugarCRM 3.5.1.

How to add a update button in SubPanel of Role's ListView which close to Delete button?

And how to add some fields in SubPanel of Role's ListView which can modify role's data by using the update button?


I am waiting online. Please help me.......
