How to apply SugarSuite Patch 4.2.1b?

I have downloaded the SugarSuite and installed it. The installation went fine without any errors. Now I would like to apply this patch. I do not see any instructions on this. What is the best method of applying this patch? How exactly is this patch to be applied? Do I just replace the original files with the files in the patch? or Do I replace the patch files in the original installation directory and run the installation all over again?
