    Default How to assign inbound email to user group and not user in group folder

    I would like to take an inbound email and create a case but only assign it to the group user and not put the email into a group folder or assign it to a user attached to the folder. I'd actually like to avoid using group folders altogether.

    I'm using sugar community 5.2. I haven't upgrade to 5.2a yet.

    I dont think you can do that until SugarCRM 5.5.0 (I think). I will test it next week and get back to you, but I am sure you cannot do it in 5.2

    Very interesting question you had last year. I am seeking the same rule. Did you manage to do it or what kind of procedure did you put in place instead ?

    You were sure that the 5.2 version was not allowing this feature. Could you confirm that the 5.5 is allowing this feature ?
