Hi Josepha
You may go to Studio and create a relationship Many to Many between Tasks and Users.
Automatically it will be displayed a subpanel of users under Tasks DetailView.
This way you can select several users.

Hi Andopes,
Just curious to know if assign multiple users this way will I be able to have access control for all those users. I mean if I set access control to owner then will all these users can this record.
Thanks
Sid
To have access control for multiple users you need a teams module.
Assign the record to a team, then every member of that has access.
Have a look at my CE Teams module - http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/ce-teams
or the more complex SecuritySuite - http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/securitysuite

Hi Andopes,
I have tried to create a relationship Many to Many between Tasks and Users. It works great!
The issue is that when you go in the contact page, you do not see the tasks... Is there a way to solve this issue?
Ok. In fact you do not the tasks under the 'activity' tab but under the newly created 'tasks' tab!
It's working fine!
Thanks for this tip Andopes.

Hi,
I have the following problem:
The user module is not in the list of modules when I want to assign to a relationship such as "many-to-many". Not do I see as a module in the "Studio" section.
How can I make it appear to me to relate it to a task?
Thanks
Hi Florencia,
there is a thread here which will allow
the users module to be available in the dropdown
when you create a relate field.
if i remember it right, here are the steps:
1. create an empty "studio.php" file inside \modules\Users\medatada\
2. go to Studio, add a relate field to Task module
3. select Users as the relate module
4. after saving and deploying, delete the file in step 1
if you really want to create a "many-to-many" relationship.
create the same file, and in Studio, go to Task,
then add a relationship with Users module.
hope it helps.
Hi, I have done many-to-many relationship between task and users as described, but in studio task relationshis I do not see any relationship! What i see is a new subpanel there with user data. How is it possible?? What did I do wrong? Thx
Edit: In 5.2.0k there is button Deploy (not Save as described in help on the panel side. I recomend, it has the same function?)

daniel8588,
As far as I understand it the only way to assign a record to many different teams is with SecuritySuite or with the Sugar 5.5 Pro/Ent versions.
