    Default How to associate Employees with Campaigns?

    We have recently installed Community SugarCRM for the first time. I have created a dummy campaign to test the system, however I am unable to figure out how we attach or associate certain staff members or employees with a specific campaign.

    I will be glad if anyone out there can give us some tips on handling and associating campaigns. We are a small call center and require SugarCRM to handle our employees and distribute workload.

    Hi ALI

    The Employee module is a pseudo module. Its data is stored into Users module, so each Employee is a User.
    In the Campaign DetailView there is a subpanel of Prospect List under which you can add Users, Prospects, Contacts and Leads.

    Hi ando,

    We have in our company employees (peoples without access at sugarcrm) and users (employees with sugar rights). I want to make internal campaigns for all the employees+users.
    When i am creating a new target list, i choose "Select" option from sub-panel Users, but i get only the users with sugarcrm access, i can`t get all my employees.
    Any advice ? I thought that each employee is a user and each user is an employee, but in this situation seems that we can`t apply this rule.

    I am using SugarCRM 6.1.7 CE.
