How to associate leads to account?

We consider 'leads' as sugarcrm defined 'targets'. we collected these 'leads' and relevant company name as 'account'

We imported some 200 accounts from our spreadsheet to Sugarcrm and then imported corresponded 500 leads to Sugarcrm.

The problem is we can view account information in leads module but we go to account module there's no related leads information.

I saw several people were facing the same problem but neither of them got response ..

Does anyone could help me out please...

Hello,

depending on what you want to do with the leads, you should either import all you data in the Leads module only (there is an account name field). Then, when you have further qualified that leads, you can convert them into Accounts and Contacts.

If your plan was to use only Leads and Accounts module together, then you would need to import your data into the Accounts and Contacts modules only (not Leads).
