I AM USING SugarCRM PROFESSIONAL Version 6.0.0 RC1 and i need your expert help how to configure Workflow Definitions.
I am not clear how to configure my Workflow Definitions to send automated Delayed Email Scheduling in order to Follow up emails to a new leads or account. What I am trying to set up is a reminder eMails for new targets.
Ideally this would work like this:
---------------------------------------------
day 5 - "target" info entered - 1st email goes out
day 7 - 2nd email goes out
day 15 - final reminder email goes out
I could not figure out how to do that. What is trying to Go into an account and set a date for a future event involving that account. The action of scheduling that event on a specific date would kick of a workflow to automatically send email reminders to certain emails associated with that account at set time periods before the event. So, the emails would go out 2 weeks before the event, 1 week before the event, the day before the event, etc.
Could anyone please Guide me Step by Step procedure How can we do that using Workflow Management ?
