how to automatically relate an e-mail to contact in Sugar?

We're using SugarCRM 5.5.2 Community Edition with Russian language pack.

We've successfully managed to set up an e-mail integration with our gmail accounts - Sugar gets all the emails from Inboxes. We're happy with our gmail and use mobile version a lot. So I want my emails to and from specific contact (configured as a Contact in Sugar) to be _automatically_ related to this contact in Sugar, without the need to do it manually from sugar email interface.

How to configure this?
