I'm new with SugarCRM.
My question is that, how can i easily trace the SugarCRM code line-by-line like when you're debugging using Visual Basic debugging technique. Is there anyone can teach me how to do that?
Thanks in advance!

There was a thread about using Netbeans or Eclipse at http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=52321.
I'm a long-time Delphi user, so when Delphi for PHP came out I had to give it a try. Anyone who has used a Borland/Codegear/Embarcadero debugger already knows how to use the D4PHP debugger. In the past I've tried other IDE+Apache+XDebug setups but D4PHP was the first that I didn't have to spend more time debugging the debugger than I did debugging my own code. Plus, it's an OK tool for slapping together a small web app quickly, RAD style.
Unfortunately the future of D4PHP looks uncertain right now since Embarcadero acquired CodeGear. So the $300 price tag might be hard to swallow for a product that may never see another update. Fortunately there's a free trial so you can at least see if it's going to do what you need.
