How can I make calls ?

I need some help... I dont know how to make calls using sugarcrm... you are supposed to have a button right next to the clients phone numer, but i Cannot configure it...

I am assuming you are referring to calling via Skype.

If so, make sure you go into your system settings and enable the Skype formatting/link capabilities. That option will also dictate how numbers should be entered into the system in order for it to work.

If you are referring to something else, please elaborate.

Frankly skpye doesn't work on my pc in collaboration with Sugar as may be because I have also installed rhubcom's conferencing appliance ...anycase..I am using it along with Sugar the combination is going great
