Hey all,

Basically the way I have setup the CRM is by giving each employee 2 email accounts. One that is simply for enquiries and the other they can use for personal use. What i'd now like to do however is monitor their work related emails that are setup in the CRM thru the admin login..

Is there any set way of being able to do this without logging in with their username/password?

any help would be appreciated
