How can I move the notes list to to make it between the contact`s items?

I want to show some of the Contact`s fields first,which is more important and need to check frequntlly.
And then show the notes list. At the bottom will the other fields of contact, these are the fields not very important.

So the layout is:

---Important fields
---notes list
---unimportant fields

I want to do this because I want to show the most important fields in the first screen don`t need to turndown the page.

Can I do this on SugarCRM ?

Can anyone help me?
