How can I search Opportunities WAS assigned to me

Hi,

I want to search some data was assigned to me.
For example: when an opportunity's sales stage is changing, it can be assigned to different users. I can get results for the current assigned user by search panel, but I have no idea how to search those opportunities was assigned to.

Anyone can help?

There is no easy way to do this. There is no field in the opportunities module where this info is stored.

There is a change log where you could find when the "assigned to" value has been changed and you see the old and new values there. But to get this history you have to open an opportunity and then you could check if this was once assigned to you.

You could add a custom field to opportunities module where you always store assigned users (you'd have to create a before_save logic hook for that purpose).

There is no standard way to do this. However you can use our KINAMU Reporter to do this.

Since the change of the assigned user can be logged in the audit table our reporter can use that info and you can create a report where you select based on that Data. That Report can be published as a Dashlet to your users with a filter where the user id you are filtering by is the actual logged in user.

You could search over opportrunities_audit table, there the desired info could be available
