How can I send e-mails to many people at the same time?

Well, here in my company I want Sugar to send an e-mail with 2 or 3 products every day to all my customers. How can I do do that? Is Sugar able to do that?

Hi,

ofcourse can Sugar do that. Thats why you have it. Have a look in the Campaign module and try to get it work with the user manual. It is too complex to explain here.

Yes sugar uses a module called Campaigns to send email to contacts/leads/targets in your Instance of Sugar. All you have to do is

1. Create a target list
2. design your email template
3. set up your campaign
4. send it out.

IN addition Sugar tracks ROI on the campaign and allows you to view the status of a campaign to see who clicked on the email, who didn't, if the address was bad, etc.
