how can i track emails?

Hi,

When through workflow management i have created condition for contact module and i am sending the alerts.

i need that alert to hitory in contacts.

how can i catch this alert mail to history contacts?

Hello ramji123,

Currently, Workflow does not create an actual e-mail record in Sugar, so no e-mail record can be attached to the History subpanel. This would be a great feature request though-- you can file one at http://bugs.sugarcrm.com/.
