How can we position an attachment in email?

When I attach files (PDF or jpg) in 5.5.2 CE email the system places the files next to each other on the resulting email.

I want one file underneath the other, maybe with a space between them or maybe a line of text? For example I might send an email saying:

First do this:

(xxx.jpg here)

Now do this:

(yyy.jpg here)

Can you do attachment placement in this email system the way you can on a local desktop email system (Apple Mail, Outlook, etc.?)
