Hi,
I'm new to SugarCRM and I'm trying out the CE version prior to deploying it as part of a new business. I cannot however see how you can view a account and all the related calls? One thing I would want to do if a customer rings is to bring up their history of all contacts. calls, cases etc.. but I can't see how the calls element of this would work.
I've searched the forums, looked in the Wiki and gone through the CE application guide but can't find anything.
If it's really obvious, could you accept my humble apologies and point it out to me? Or am I missing something that is available in paid-for version?
