Hi,

Can someone please help me as I have asked Sugar support this and they just don't answer it.

We need to run a report that shows clients that have not had a phone call in the last month but i cant see how to run one.

I can get it to run and show the clients who have received a call but not to show me the ones that haven't?

Can anyone shed some light on this as this is a pretty standard thing for a crm to do.
