Hello Sugar experts!

I would like to know how I can change the acceptance status of a meeting that I already accepted, for example because I have another more important appointment. After I accepted the meeting, the three small buttons disappear.


Furthermore I would like to know how I can be notified via email about being invited to a meeting. Right now I get noticed about tasks only that were assigned to me.
