How to change the DB password Sugar uses?

I managed to forget the root password to MySQL so I reset the password

But now I don't know how to get SugarCRM to use the new DB password besides running a fresh new install, is there one specific location in the php where I can change the password SugarCRM uses or a configuration page I can access that doesn't require the database.
