How to change new user default preferences

Hi.

I'm new to SugarCRM and I'm hoping someone knows how to help me with this. I have a small company all in one timezone and I'd like to set it up so that when I create a new user the default information for the Locale is already set. It can cause problems if this information is not set correctly and the default settings are not correct.

The settings I'd like modified are:

a. Date Format = 12/23/2006
b. Time Format = 11:00PM
c. Time Zone = America/Detroit (GMT-5)(+DST)
d. Uncheck the Time Zone Prompt

I am using SugarCRM CE 5.2.0i

If anyone knows how I can adjust the defaults so when I create a new user the settings are automatically set to the above that would be very helpful.

Rather than change a script which may not be upgrade safe, simply set the defaults on a "master" user, then "duplicate" the user when you create a new one. Just change the name and password details and everything else will be copied.
