Hi,

I have so many problems when I execute an email campaing in sugarcrm, I had been lucky in the past to execute 2 campaings sucessfully.

Currently, the problem is that emails in campaing are never send to Email Queue, and I keep reciving this error for every mail:

[FATAL] Email Address provided is not Primary Address for email with id ' Emailman id=4957
But, all emails in target list do have a Primary Email Address.

I am using latest version of Sugar, and I would like to RESET all records related to emails being sent, queue, bounces, so I can start up again new and fresh campaings, do minor tests and then enter production again.

How do I proceed to reset in database all related to email queues, bounces and emails pending on campaingn?
