How to close a call? [newbie]

Hi everybody, I'm newbie to Sugar CRM.
I have a simple (not for me ) question:
How to set the status of an existent call to "closed"? In the drop-down menu I have only "Held, Not Held, Planned" but never appears the check under the field "Closed" in the call list

Hi mitmet,

If the call is open then it will be visible under the Home>My Upcoming appointments. If you want to close that call then simply click on the close button which is shown adjacent to the call. Once you click that it will take you to edit that call and if you see there in the Status field it will set the status as Held. Once you save this it will save as the closed call.
