How to configure Sugar for https

I've installed Sugar on my server and am looking forward to using it, but before I start entering all my customer data, it seems to me it should be secure. I found one post that goes over some down sides to configuring for https, but nothing that actually says how to do it. I've tried editing config.php, but that didn't seem to do the trick. I've already got SSL on my server and an this domain - just need to tell Sugar to use it.

Just change all links (url) in config.php

You should also make some changes in modules/Users/GeneratePassword.php as written here http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64329 to get reset password function working properly on SSL-only host.
