How are contacts sorted?

Hello all,
I have a question regarding how contacts and sorted. When i view a contact in detail view and click next, it seems to go to some random record, and when i click next again it goes to some other random record. I'd like to arrange my contacts by Account Name so that my agents can click the first record in list view and go through each account one by one in detail view. How can i achieve this?

When you view your Contacts in the ListView, the default order is to sort by the ID field. You can alter this behavior by clicking onto the Label on the top of the table of the List View. The arrow will point in which direction you are sorting.

Sugar will remember your choice for the next time that you come to this page.

When you go to the details view, the VCR buttons will follow the sorting from the ListView.

I tried sorting by Account Name in the list view and everything was sorted in ascending order which is what i want.
But, when i click an contact and go into detail view and then i goto the next record by clicking on Next> , it doesn't follow the same order as the list view. Lets say im currently on account name: 10007. The next account should be 10008 but when i click next in detail view it would jump to 10042.
