How to convert multiple leads into contatcs ?

I have many groups of leads that I want to convert into contacts of the same account, is there any way to do it with one operation ?

I have the same question. Based on the silence of the Sugar team, I suspect this cannot be done. If so, I wish I had known this before I implemented Sugar.
