We are a Sugar Professional user and have the following situation:

We have 5 users in Sugar but wish to manage the appointments for 20 sales representatives.

We will manage their calendar, scheduling meetings and updating meeting progress. However the reps will not be using Sugar directly. We intend to email meeting information directly to the sales rep.

As I see it, the only way that their meetings appear in the calendar at all is if I create them as a user and set their status to Active.

This is all fine, however the license manager then complains that I have exceeded my license count by 20.

What should I do?
