How to create 3 privileges levels with roles

I want to define three privileges levels in SugarCRM, but I do not figure out how to do it.

For example, privileges to access tasks:

Level 3 can only see level 3 tasks
Level 2 can see level 2 and level 3 tasks
Level 1 can see all tasks

With the options I have creating a role (all, owner, not established, none) I dont know how to create an intermediate level.

How am I supposed to do that? Is it possible?

Teams. It sounds like you need a teams module of some sort. I'd recommend one but I'm biased.

It was just an example. I want that one level can list-view-create-edit-delete only the task that I determine.
It can be task or any other module. But users of a determinate role (i.e. level 2) should be able to see their tasks and users of level 3 tasks, but not see users from level 1 task.

I think it is what I need. Ill look for an external module about teams. Any recommendation?
