I am able to create a custom date field for cases....but that is not enough.
I also need the ability to create a time field that a user will fill in on the case screen
What I need is the "Start Date & Time" field that is in the calls screen.
when you create a case the "create date and time" is done automatically, but we need to add another field to show the date and time a tech was actually "Dispatched" and that can be later the same day or the following day.
I've looked all over the studio and drop down editor and have not found anything that will let me add a time field.
Any thoughts on this?
