How to create an Opt-Out Link

SugarCRM CE 6.2.3

I've searched hi and low within SugarCRM and I can't find anywhere that talks about adding an op-out message to the bottom on each email. Where do I set this up or do I have to manually put it into the email template?

If I have to manually put it in, what's the structure of the URL?

I've already gone through that URL tutorial but it doesn't say now to add the Opt-out message to the bottom of an email template.

Here's what's going on: We have several lead sources pushing leads into our SugarCRM system. When the lead gets pushed into SugarCRM, Process Manager execute a SEND EMAIL and sends out a welcome email to the lead. Once in a while the user emails back saying they want to be removed or unsubscribed which has to be done manually.

What I would like to do is add an Unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email so if a user wants to unsubscribe they can click on the link and it updates our database directly.

Therefore what code can I add to the bottom of the email templates that would execute SugarCRM's Opt-Out code so the lead record gets update?
