    Default How to create a phone campaign and keep contact status

    Hi,
    Im new using SugarCRM. Im trying to configure it for my client needs.
    I want to create a campagin made by phone calls. And the thing is that I dont find where each contact can have some info of each campaign he/she was contact for.
    For example: an operator calls a contact (through a campaing) and nobady picks up the phone. Where can I let this information saved? Or if it was contacted, so another operator (or the same) wont contact it again!

    I also would like to know this! I've come to the assumption that SugarCRM does not support phone campaigns in any meaningful way. i.e. letting detailed information be linked to contacts (like "he didn't pick up the phone").

    Does anyone have any further advice on this? What other tools might work well next to sugarCRM? Even if the information needs to somehow be manually entered into sugar, with the phone module, or in a contact list named "didn't answer", etc.

    Where are the SugarCRM cracks out there!!! (i'm new to it).
