    Wink How to create Quota in Forcasting

    Hi!

    I am using evaluation instance of SugarPro , i am trying to create Quota for one quarter for users , i am not getting from where to create .

    some one please elaborate what is this quota in SugarCRM , when ever i am selecting one time period under as a users it pop up one message that 'There is no quota assigned for this time period .

    Please help to evaluate SugarCRM Pro

    If I'm correct the panel for adding a quota will only show when you (logged in user) have users in the system who are marked as reporting to you. So if your logged in as the admin you should at least have 1 user in the system who reports to you. Otherwise the panel won't show.

    The admin needs to set up time periods, then the manager can set up quotas for all the people who report to them. You can read more about it in the user guide for quotes here
