How to create a workflow

Just got SugarCRM 5.1.0a installed. Am not able to find any link using which i can create the workflow. Kindly help

Do you have a Community version of SugarCRM ? Workflows are enable only in Profesionnal or Entreprise versions.

Yes this is community version... how do i upgrade to Professional or enterprise Version?

i'm not from sugar team, but i think upgrade is only a matter of purchasing a new license and migrating your data
