How to customize Business Card?

I (or my boss) really want to customize the Contact: Create Business Card form, but I know I can't do it from Studio and it seems rather complicated to add fields from reading the code.

Specifically, I want the custom fields that I added in Opportunities to show up in this Business Card as well. How can I do this?

(Perhaps, this could be a nice feature added to Studio for the next release.)
