How to customize sales stage pipeline

I would like to create a dashlet that is the same as the pipeline by sales stage only I would like to change the amount from thousands of $ to a %. I need it to manage commissions of sales. My sales staff makes 15% of each sale and I would like to have a chart that keeps track of this so that the sales agents can keep up with their commissions.

I am running sugarcrm 5 CE. Can someone give me some pointers on making these changes if even possible.
