How to customize Shortcuts menu

I'm trying to find out how to customize the Shortcuts menu. How do I access this and make changes?

The menus can be extended by custom/Extension/modules/<ModuleName>/Ext/Menus/menu.ext.php file.
If the folders and file does not exist you can create them without big deal.
Inside this script you can unset unnecessary entries and add new ones, according to your needs.
Go to Admin -> Repair -> Rebuild Extension after edit the file.
