how to display E-Mail adress in Account module?

Using Studio, I can't add the e-mail address to the detail view layout. It is simply not among the fields listed on the left that can be dragged into the layout on the right.

In contrast, the e-mail address is in the edit view layout by default. But as with detail view, it is not among the fields listed on the left.

How can I display the e-mail address of an Account in the detail view?

Hello,
you need to look at the modules/Accounts/metadata/editviewdefs or at same location at custom folder.
copy email address field array and paste that array at same location but in detailviewdefs.

Unfortunately, the changes you suggested didn't seem to have any effect. Even after a Quick Repair and Build as well as logging out and in again, the layout didn't change one bit.

Why is that?
