How to display pipeline by users?

On my homepage of Dashboard, I have a pipeline which is displayed by sales stage. And on my sales dashboard page, only my pipeline is displayed.
I want to compare my pipeline and my coworker's pipeline in only one chart. How can I do it? Is there a way to display pipeline of two users at the same time?
I am using 5.2 version.

I am not getting any response in 'general discussion' section so I posted this here hoping I get my answer.

Our KINAMU reporter can handle that request. i do not know of any existing feature in any sugar edition that would do that otherwise. The other remaining option is of course to develop it by your own.

On sugar PRO there is the reports module that also do this. Once it is created you could copy its url and create a dashlet do display it on your Home.

The version I am using isn't PRO version I believe. So I assume I won't be able to do this.

Is KINAMU a separate application or it will be integrated into Sugar as an Add-in?
Could you please guide me how to get started with developing a dashlet? I am new to development.

Once you are a developer, maybe you can develop this "report" in a free php page accessing sugar database, and as soon you get the expected result you can click in some "add dashlet" button on sugar home and config it to display a URL, then you include the url of your custom page, and the dashlet is ready.
