Freshly installed Sugar CE 5.1 running on GoDaddy

We are a property management company.
I am using the standard LEADS as well as a custom module called PROPERTY. They are related on a many to many basis. I created the PROPERTY module using the basic initial set up. When I go to the LEADS and look at the bottom at the relationship where it shows PROPERTY, the field from PROPERTY that it shows is 'name'. I would like to have the field that it shows be one of the fields that I have created, specifically 'property address'.

When I create a lead and create a property they show up linked as they should, but since I am not using the 'name' field that it shows on the LEADS screen the property showing the date modified, but just the name field is blank since I didn't input anything in there. I can click on the edit button to go to the property just fine.

Am I able to do this without editing code?
