How do I create fields...easily?

Hi

Great software, however, I have an excel sheet right now which includes the following rows of info that I need to import into opportunities and contacts and leads :

name
email
date
phone number
etc
etc

I have tried for days, how in the world are you able to create these fields, I have tried in the admin studio with no luck and I am not able to import my data until I have the fields

any idea on how to do this easily?

This is easily done via Studio.

Can you explain what difficulties you have when trying to add these fields, please describe the steps you have followed.

The Studio doesn't have great documentation associated with it, but we might be able to help you.

You should not need to create these fields, since they alredy exist out of the box. Import via the import tool and map to those standard fields.
