How do I Enter Info from a Call?

OK, dumb question here, maybe.

I imported a bunch of contacts and I am ready to go--I'm going to call them all and make some sales ... but ...

Where do I put notes from the call?

I want to be able to enter something like

"Spoke with Karen, she likes feature A, B & C. Make a follow-up call on 3/3 to set a time for a demo."

and then I want to have sugarcrm remind me on 3/3 to call Karen and be able to review my notes.

Does it not do that? I just assumed it would since SalesForce does--but I don't see how.

You can add a call record under the Activities subpanel for that contact and add the notes in the description area.
