How do I export just email addresses from contacts??

I want to export email address from Sugar to an email marketing site I use, but I only need Contact and Email. Nothing else. I'd like to get it in a cvs so I can import into my site. Any thoughts how?? I'm thinking of using phpMyAdmin and do it manually. Not liking that idea, but it might be my only option.

If you perform a regular export, you can edit the file it generates within Excel or the like and remove the columns you don't need. That would be the simplest option.
