How do I send multiple email alerts from a campaign web-to-lead form upon receipt?

I've created a Campaign web-to-lead form. When the form is submitted I want to send an email alert to a whole group, not just the person the form is assigned to. Can I accomplish this by editing the database and, if so, what would the format of that entry be?

I think overriding SugarBean::get_notification_recipients() and adding required recipients in that function in Lead.php will be a solution.
