    Default How do I start!?

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I signed up for a trial and I can "log in". Now how do I start the program to evaluate (professional version)?

easiest by hiring a professional consultant and discuss your requirements with that consultant.

    Hi there,
Now that you have your evaluation site and can log in, the next steps are to see if this software meets your business needs. Sugar can help you with Sales, Marketing and Support functions, so the first step is to determine what business processes you'd like to use within Sugar, then test out that functionality.

To give you some ideas about how people use the product, attend one of the free live "daily demos" that are held online. You can sign up for one via this link; I would suggest attending the Sales Force Automation demo first to get an overview of the capabilities of the system, then move on to the other demos if you're interested. You can also view the recorded demos here to get an idea about the capabilities of the system.

Christian Knoll's suggestion about bringing in a consultant is also valid too, especially if you're new to Customer Relationship Management software and want to really understand how it can help your business.
