How do I view replies to Group Inbox emails

The emails in the Group Inbox show that we've replied; however, I cannot find the reply in the system. The one I'm looking for is for an email which had earlier been converted to a lead. I look under the lead details and I only see the incoming emails, none of the replies.

Hi Mark,

If you click 'All Emails' you should be able to see Inbound, Sent and Replied.
