Question how do you make 'reply-to' work in campaign wizard

I'm testing both the latest 5.0 and 5.1 community editions and can't get the campign emails to use the reply address box as shown in the screen grab.

I've been googling / searching but can't find any advice on whether this is a bug or a feature.

We want to send email campaigns to prospects and then when they hit the reply button, it should go to the senders address, not the bounce catching email address. This seems to be done as part of the campaign wizard - but this does not seem to work on both 5.0 and 5.1

    Has anybody got this working?

I've tried both sendmail and smtp settings.

    kind regards

    Guy

Hello I've just test your case and function correctly. I always use classic campaign, now I prove with wizard and discover the "reply to" feature is included only in wizard, in fact if you want to edit your marketing mail .... the "reply to" isn't shown.

But when I explore your error situation, I hadn't it!!! If I use a "from" address diferent with "reply to" it works fine, my destination can reply to the mail I marked.

I don't know what can be the problem, maybe your configuration. I use sugarCE 5.0a whit win server 2003, php 5 and apache 2.2.4

Is there any update on this? I'm using Version 5.0.0g (Build 3391) and the reply-to name and reply-to address do not work. Help?

Thumbs down Re: how do you make 'reply-to' work in campaign wizard

    I'm on SugarCRM Pro 5.2.0a

It's really quite frustrating to see the bug above is still unresolved 5 months later.

I understand Campaigns is a mess and overly difficult to use, but does no one actually use Campaigns?

Surely your sales and marketing also appreciate being able to receive replies?
