How do you Move Data from Accounts to New Tab

So I have already created the Vendors tab as well as Vendors Contacts tab. I wanted to make my Accounts 100% business accounts and store the Vendor information in a separate tab.

I don't see any easy ways to move data from the standard Accounts / Contacts tabs to the newly created Vendors / Vendor Contacts tab.

Any help would be appreciated!
