How do you reset the 'last viewed' menu bar?

I did some work on a module which I later deleted and, during this, created/editied some new records in this module. Even though I deleted this module, I still see thye record showing on my 'last viewed' menu bar at the top. Is there a user preference to clear/reset this 'last viewed bar? I have searched and see options in earlier releases for something like this, but can not find an option in my 6.1.3 CE implementation.

Anyone know how to do this?

You have to delete records from table trackers.
