Sometimes a contact has 2 or 3 emails that he regularly uses, when an urgent matter takes place we send an email to all his known addresses to make sure we reach the recipient as soon as possible, not to mention that over time contacts stop using some of this addresses and delivering to all know addresses improve the possibility of getting him. Some times he just requires that we send the email to one of his secondary addresses that is more obscure and only used in cases of emergency

While if the sender has multiple addresses he can choose from which to send the email, we have been unable find a way to select one of the secondary email addresses of the recipient, it seems to me that the user should be able to select to which of the recipientīs know addresses he wants to email in our current system, Goldmine 6.0 we can easily do this, when we select a user to email, if he has multiple addresses the program will further allow me to select from a pull down list the one I want to use for that particular instance

Is there a way to overcome this in SugarCRM?

We are currently using CE 5.2
