Default How do you upload images in TinyMCE?

In 4.5.1 we used the FCKeditor which allowed us to upload images to embed in emails. Is there a way to do this with TinyMCE in 5.0?

You can do it but you must place image on your server using some ftp client and use place image icon from tiny editor. There you should give exact path to your image like http://www.myserver.com/logo.jpg

Sure, not usable by our marketing folks though. I'm checking out how to integration Ajax File Manager right now with it. Looks very promising. Working on a wiki article at the same time for how to set that up.

    Hi Michael,

My apologies. There are now two versions available for download - one for 5.0b and one for 5.0f. There is a very minimal difference in one of the files between the two (2 lines of code).

    Thanks

    Hi Michael,

I am a little confused as to what you are asking. But if you upgrade to 5.0f and then apply the image embed patch for 5.0f, you should be able to embed images as per the pdf instructions that come with the patch.

    Does this answer your question?
